• Provide personalized beauty products and regimen recommendations through guest engagement, product training, sampling events and actively selling
• Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies
• Beauty product knowledge including beauty brands, seasonal trends, cosmetics and various skincare products
• Driving guest loyalty through internal loyalty programs (Target Circle and Ulta Beauty Rewards) including guest benefits, and how to leverage as a sales-driving tool
