Key Responsibilities
Lead Workday Talent & Performance implementations and enhancements
Configure Talent modules : goals, feedback, performance reviews, succession planning, and career development
Partner with cross-functional teams to align Workday with business processes and talent strategies
Required Qualifications
Workday Certification in Talent & Performance (required)
3-5 years hands-on experience with Workday Talent, including 2+ full lifecycle deployments
Strong ERP and Workday module knowledge
Experience with configuration workbooks & business process design
Experience with Workday Recruiting, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and Security, preferred
