A company is looking for a Multi-State Licensed Virtual Care Physician (MD / DO, 1099).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive telemedicine-based evaluations and initiate care plans for Medicare recipients
Review and approve care plans developed by Care Navigators to ensure clinical alignment
Document clinical findings and provide leadership to support care continuity and navigation
Required Qualifications
Active MD or DO license in good standing with multi-state licensure (30-50 states)
Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics (preferred)
Experience in delivering patient-centered care to Medicare beneficiaries or older adults
Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and chronic condition management
Experience with telehealth platforms and a collaborative approach to care
