Responsibilities Work in a diagnostic imaging setting performing both CT and X-ray examinations Day shift schedule from 7 : 00am to 5 : 30pm, weekdays with no call requirements Assignment length is 13 weeks Responsibilities include performing CT and X-ray procedures, evaluating radiographs for quality, instructing patients on exam preparations, and organizing procedure rooms Must maintain confidentiality of patient information and provide quality service to diverse patient populations Reports directly to the Imaging Services Manager Strong oral and written communication skills with staff, patients, and physicians required Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes in position or setting Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience as a CT and X-ray technologist Current and active ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certification required Current BLS / BCLS certification required Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program and ARRT registered Must possess manual dexterity and ability to lift or maneuver equipment and patients of 20 pounds or more Ability to work independently and adapt to emergency situations License required if applicable Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-616934.
