Position Overview

We’re seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and technical skills who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first line of support for client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

Process and release orders using ERP systems

Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders

Monitor and manage order status, troubleshoot issues, and provide proactive updates

Collaborate with internal teams on promotional product needs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred

1–3 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce

Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP system

Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a small team

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience in a fast-paced environment with high order volume

Pay Details : $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
