Supervisor, Transaction Processing

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Transaction Processing Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff processing consumer information for the state of Connecticut’s Husky program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability and responsibility for ensuring performance meets service required level agreements.
• Ensuring appropriate reporting metrics.
• Monitoring staff performance, including productivity, quality, and attendance.
• Assisting staff with cases needing immediate assistance.
• Assuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Helping to identify and resolve issues and barriers within processes.
• Writing and developing policies and procedures, as necessary.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $49,126 - $63,800.
