Address issues promptly and perform final walkthroughs to resolve defects. Submit daily reports on labor, materials, and challenges. Identify and resolve issues to minimize project delays. 3+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews. Knowledge of various roofing systems, including built-up asphalt. Ability to read and coordinate blueprints and project specs. Must pass pre-employment screening and lift 50 lbs. Comfortable working at heights, in varying weather, and climbing ladders.

This role is critical in managing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering top-quality roofing projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Crew Management :
- Supervise, hire, train, and mentor W-2 roofing crew members.
- Ensure efficient workflow and perform clerical tasks like timecards, schedules, and work authorizations.
- Step in to perform roofing duties when necessary.
