About the Opportunity

As a Physical Therapist , youll play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, restore function, and improve their overall quality of life. Youll work with patients of varying needs from post-surgical rehab to chronic pain management creating personalized treatment plans that truly make an impact.

What Youll Do

  • Evaluate patients physical condition, medical history, and treatment needs.
  • Develop individualized care plans and measurable recovery goals in collaboration with physicians and patients.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and equipment-based interventions.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all assessments, treatments, and outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Masters in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in clinical settings such as hospitals, outpatient, rehabilitation, or home health.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic methods, anatomy, and rehabilitation principles.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered mindset and excellent communication skills.

    • Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to specialized therapy areas such as orthopedics, neurology, sports injuries, geriatrics, or pediatrics.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and strong documentation habits.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
