A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, coach, and lead Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in accordance with service processes and procedures
Assist in managing the Customer Service Department, including hiring, training, and coaching CSRs
Monitor call queues and service levels, handle escalated calls, and provide performance reports to management
Required Qualifications
3 years of Customer Service supervisory experience preferred
College degree is preferred
3 years of Insurance experience preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and charts
Experience with IVR and CCaaS management skills
