Now hiring experienced Machine Operators  for DAY SHIFT (7 :

  • 30am - 7 : 30pm) to operate   Screening / Stranding machines  for a Cable manufacturing company in Milton, FL.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Safely operating Screening and / or Standing machines used in a cable manufacturing facilities. - Read / interpret / understand blueprints and / or drawings (including symbols, material type, and material shape). - Setting up the screening and / or standing machines independently from a selection of tooling; set-up of pay-off and take-up; setting running parameters; consistently monitor the QUALITY of product. - Familiar with using / operating electronic screens for controlling the screening or stranding process (Human Machine Interface).  - Good mechanical skills with ability to handle and move heavy reels of products. - Must maintain a consistent log of production AND quality per company systems & standards. - Maintain safe operations by adhering to company safety procedures and policies.

    • EXPERIENCE :

  • At least 1 year as a CNC Operator  is preferred but NOT required. - At least 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator  is preferred but NOT required.

    • EDUCATION :

  • High school Diploma (or equivalent) is preferred but NOT required.

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Must pass a pre-employment background check. - Must be able to pass a drug test.   - Must have Steel-toed boots. - Must have RELIABLE transportation to Milton FL.

    • PAY :

  • Position starts at : $15 / hr. $18 / hr. Depending on Experience Level (with the opportunity to increase over-time) SCHEDULE :     Full-Time All shifts are 12-hr's Day shift & Night shift available Day Shift = 7 : 30am - 7 : 30pm Night Shift = 7 : 30pm - 7 : 30am
  • Expect to work 40-60 hours per week
  • TEL Staffing complies with regulations enforced by the EEOC.
  • This position is Temp to Hire.
