A company is looking for a Full Time Call Center Representative (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities :
Provide first-level assessment, support, and resolution of customer issues
Answer inbound calls regarding product orders, E-comm orders, parts orders, and repair requests
Maintain customer satisfaction ratings and handle dispute escalations according to company policies
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of service-related experience in a call center environment
Experience in a remote and fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote
Ability to learn systems and multi-task effectively
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
