• Scope of Work :
• 10 Anesthetizing locations (including OB) 199 beds
• Annual case volume of 8,700
• Case mix : General Surgery, ENT, Orthopedic, Bariatric, Obstetrics / Gynecology, Plastics, Pediatric Dental, Podiatry, Cardiac (80 cases / year), GI
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Candidates must have active NM license and CSR
