We're hiring a Senior Staff Accountant to support our real estate asset management operations.
Job Title : Senior Staff Accountant
Department : Finance & Accounting
Location : Rancon Group, 41391 Kalmia St., Suite 200, Murrieta, CA 92562
Reports To : Controller
Position Overview :
The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for managing and maintaining the financial integrity of corporate real estate portfolios. This role plays a key part in financial reporting, general ledger oversight, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements for corporate entities and real estate assets. Manage the general ledger and ensure all entries are accurate and properly supported. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, variance analyses, and account roll-forwards. The position assist Controller in managing vendor payments, employee credit card and EFT transactions, and online loan payments.
