Position Overview

The Recruitment Coordinator will play a critical part in supporting the full-cycle corporate recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for our growing organization. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and professional experience throughout the hiring process. You will offer support to Prime’s recruitment function on both corporate and storage businesses.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information
  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards
  • Support recruiters with candidate sourcing and initial screening activities, as needed
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates regarding application status, interview logistics, and next steps
  • Assist in organizing and supporting hiring events, career fairs, and campus recruitment initiatives
  • Generate and maintain reports and dashboards related to recruitment metrics and pipeline activity
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment screening processes
  • Monitor background checks for recruitment team
  • Manage the reference check process for external candidates
  • Assist with post-hire onboarding duties such as ordering uniforms, name tags and welcome kits as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support; experience in financial services is a plus
  • Familiarity with iCIMS applicant tracking platform
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High level of professionalism and discretion, especially with confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
