Overview

Service Delivery Center Manager – Financial Services Organization – QA Guidewire. EY is the only professional services firm with a separate business unit (FSO) dedicated to the financial services marketplace. Our FSO teams deliver project-based work and managed services to US-based Financial Services clients, working with client-serving professionals to address the most complex challenges in the industry.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solve complex problems that make a difference for clients.
  • Be a high-profile contact for colleagues and clients when resolving complex issues.
  • Build knowledge and experience to become a credible advisor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions impacting entire industries.

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Working with clients to drive transformational change in how application testing services are delivered
  • Defining test strategy, planning, implementation and quality assurance for large, complex projects
  • Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business organizations
  • Coaching teams to foster an innovative and inclusive, team-oriented environment
  • Sharing knowledge and developing engagement tools to build capability for the practice
  • Cultivating business development opportunities and supporting sales
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of Guidewire experience
  • Experience in the insurance sector
  • Strong Guidewire : PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, Billing Center, rating engine, and integration with external vendors
  • Knowledge of rating concepts (premiums, discounts, surcharges)
  • Quality engineering skills with test automation experience in Selenium, Rest Assured, etc.
  • Knowledge of SOAP and REST testing concepts
  • Strong property & theft, casualty insurance domain knowledge across personal and commercial products
  • Ability to augment QE practice go-to-market capabilities in service delivery
  • Tools / Frameworks / Software : Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber, IntelliJ, SOAP UI, Postman, Oracle SQL Developer, Gitlab, Jira, Xray, Hexawise
  • Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments
  • Experience with Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence / IT Transformation, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, UAT Coordination, IT Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management, CRM, ERP, Enterprise Data Management, IT Delivery Management
  • Ideally, you'll also have

  • Approximately 3 years of financial services experience, including consulting
  • Guidewire certifications
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, PMP or other IT certifications
  • A proactive, learning-focused attitude

  • Comprehensive compensation and benefits; salary ranges : US nationwide $86,600 to $197,800; NYC Metro / Washington State / California ranges $103,900 to $224,700. Total Rewards include medical / dental, pension / 401(k), and paid time off.
