Vaxcom LLC, a Parsons company, is looking for an amazingly talented Site Training Officer to join our Colorado team! In this role you will build and run a training program that keeps Security Protective Officers fully trained, certified, and compliant with contract requirements and applicable federal and state standards.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Lead the site training program so every officer stays qualified and ready for duty.
• Plan and run academy, sustainment, and annual / semiannual recertifications (firearms, defensive tactics, OC, CPR / AED).
• Operate safe, efficient range days; manage ammunition, targets, Range Safety Officer (RSO) coverage, and documentation.
• Keep training records complete and audit-ready; track and close 90 / 60 / 30 / 7-day compliance alerts.
• Publish a concise weekly status for leadership; flag risks early with clear recovery plans.
• Coach officers and deliver timely remedial training to meet standards.
• Maintain the training calendar and trackers; reconcile sign-ins, rosters, and qualification logs.
• Coordinate with customer representatives and vendors to align training with mission needs.

Security Clearance Requirement : An active Top Secret SCI w / Polygraph security clearance is required for this position. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team. Salary Range : $72,900.00 - $127,600.00 This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to be posted for an average of 30 days until a qualified applicant is selected or the position has been cancelled.
