Certifications : ARRT N, BLS, CNMT, CT certified

Must-Have :

• One year of EPIC experience
• Mobile experience

Description :

PET CT Tech required to operate in a mobile setting.

Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist is mandatory.

CT certification is also required.

Techs typically work in mobile units on designated days.

Flexibility to float to other locations as required is essential.

This position generally follows a Monday-Thursday schedule.

The equipment used includes Siemens Biograph Horizon Scanner, among others.

Documentation and charting experience with EPIC is necessary.

Candidates should have experience with various nuclear medicine skills including IV maintenance and handling radioactive materials.

Working knowledge of patient safety protocols is important.

Previous charge experience is preferred.

Position involves managing a patient ratio of approximately 7.

Interdisciplinary support is available including Respiratory Service and Social Services.

Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Daily patient census averages around 12 visits.

Responsible for whole-body PET imaging, from skull base to mid-thigh.

Team collaboration is required for optimal patient care outcomes.

Compliance with safety and operational guidelines is expected at all times.
