Job Title : Java Technical Lead

Location : Dublin Ohio

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • 5 years of experience in a leading a team.
  • 5 years of experience in developing JEE applications and Web Services and leading a Team.
  • Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, and frameworks such as Struts or Spring
  • Knowledge of ORM tools like Hibernate and experience with Web Services
  • Extensive experience with design patterns, system concepts, and a strong understanding of object-oriented principles
  • Technical expertise in building and tuning multi-threaded high-performance Java applications
  • Ability to provide technical guidance to project teams

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in leading development teams and projects
  • Proven ability to create technical design deliverables from requirements documents
  • Experience in handling support projects and working on POCs

    • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the development of n-tier, multi-layer architecture applications
  • Guide team members on architecture and design aspects considering performance and scalability
  • Mentor team members on development activities and quality processes
  • Coordinate with the Support Team to resolve customer issues and transfer project knowledge
  • Conduct RCA of critical issues and identify permanent solutions
