Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Chester, PA Pay : From $39-$45 / hr, based off experience

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time school-based position in Chester, Pennsylvania. This role provides an excellent opportunity to serve in a student-centered environment that prioritizes health, safety, and educational access for all learners.

Requirements :

Active Pennsylvania LPN license issued by the PA State Board of Nursing.

Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Recent clearances under Pennsylvania Act 34, 114, and 151.

Experience in pediatrics or school nursing preferred.

Responsibilities :

Provide 1 : 1 and general nursing care to students in school settings.

Administer medications and monitor chronic health conditions.

Support students with disabilities requiring medical intervention throughout the school day.

Maintain accurate health records and communicate with parents and staff as needed.

Respond to health emergencies promptly and professionally.
