Crown & Raine is Pittsburghs premier luxury headspa and blow dry bar where beauty meets wellness. Were known for creating unforgettable experiences through relaxation, rejuvenation, and unmatched service. Our team is growing, and were looking for a polished, energetic, and detail-oriented Front Desk Assistant to be the welcoming face of our brand.

Compensation : $12 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities : What Youll Do

  • Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a five-star first impression.
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointments through our booking system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and serene front desk and lobby area.
  • Clean and reset headspa rooms and beds between clients to ensure a spotless, luxurious experience for each guest.
  • Communicate clearly with stylists, therapists, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with retail sales, product education, and checkout transactions.
  • Promote memberships, special offers, and seasonal packages.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Support daily salon operations, including light cleaning, restocking, and inventory.

Qualifications :

  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Passion for luxury beauty, wellness, and client experience.
  • Experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
  • Flexible availability evenings and weekends as needed.
