Volt is immediately hiring for an  Assembler I  position in the Irvine area of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA!

This is a  Direct Hire ,  Full-Time  opportunity.

As a  Assembler I  you will :

• Perform precision assembly and subassembly of valves and actuators under limited supervision, ensuring close tolerances and critical operating standards.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness, proper fit, surface finish, and defects in material or workmanship.
• Utilize assembly fixtures, hand tools, power tools, and testing devices as needed.
• Select and operate gauges and measuring instruments to conduct leakage tests.
• Set up and perform hydrostatic and seat leak tests on valves, as well as leak tests on actuators.
• Identify and report faulty operations or defective materials to supervisors, leads, or senior personnel.
• Accurately complete test reports and required documentation for valves and actuators.
• Support other work areas as assigned to meet production needs.

The ideal candidate will have :

Schedule : 6AM to 230PM

Pay Rate :   $28.00-$35.00 Hr. (With opportunity for overtime)
