As an Export Broker Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Staples' international trade and export activities, ensuring goods are shipped efficiently, legally, and in compliance with all global trade regulations. You'll serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and international partners, delivering a seamless export experience and driving our global market expansion.

What you will be doing :

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end export processes, including order fulfillment, documentation, carrier booking, and shipment tracking.
• Ensure full compliance with U.S. and international export laws and trade regulations (e.g., EAR, ITAR, USMCA).
• Interpret and communicate foreign customs regulations and procedures to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Prepare and review critical documentation such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, export declarations, and certificates of origin.
• Work closely with third-party vendors, including freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers, to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Serve as the go-to contact for resolving issues related to international shipments, customs holds, and compliance alerts.
• Partner with teams across Sales, Compliance, Supply Chain, and Legal to align export activities with business objectives.
• Analyze export operations, recommend process improvements, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with export requirements and provide guidance on international shipping protocols.
