Join the ENVH Housekeeping team as an Executive Housekeeper. Teammates in this position provide will perform essential housekeeping duties necessary to provide a safe and healthy environment for our Veterans. Candidate will perform routine maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping work. PAY RATE : $19.157 / Hour (Breakdown : $16.157 / Hour + $3.00 / Hour Differential for all hours worked) + Shift Differentials. RATE INCREASE JULY 1ST : $19.520 / hour (Breakdown $16.520 / hour + $3.00 / hour differential + shift differentials).

SCHEDULE : Block schedules working every-other weekend. Set hours. Works 10 (ten) 8-hour shifts every two weeks. Hours are 6 : 30 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m.

Requirements / Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications : No specific education, training, or experience is required for entry to this class.

KNOWLEDGE OF : Safety precautions followed in building maintenance operations; commercial cleaning practices, equipment, supplies and techniques.

SKILL IN : The use of building maintenance equipment; basic office and computer skills including competency in the use of email and building system applications.

ABILITY TO : Communicate effectively, understand and follow instructions, read and comprehend equipment manuals; utilize and maintain hand tools and building equipment safely; operate industrial-type cleaning equipment.
