We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a full-time, permanent position near Fabius, NY. Position Highlights : Full-time Position : 2080 hours annually Flexible Shifts : Options for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; no call required for CRNAs Shift Coverage : 1 CRNA in-house for evenings, nights, and weekends; shifts are part of a standard 40-hour work week Work Environments : Hospital operating rooms, endoscopy unit, cardiac lab, and ambulatory surgery center Types of Cases : Vascular, orthopedics, spine, general surgery, urology, obstetrics, gynecology, cardiac cases, and minimal pediatrics (primarily adult and geriatric patients) Team Structure : Supervision by MDs (1 : 4 ratio, and 1 : 2 for cardiac cases) Trauma Level 2 Facility Qualifications : Board Certification as a CRNA (by start date) Active or eligible New York state license BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (by start date) COVID vaccination (required) Compensation & Benefits : Stipends : Cardiac CRNA stipend and retention stipend for the first two years Comprehensive Benefits : Health, vision, and dental insurances, paid malpractice (with tail coverage) Generous Time Off : 7 weeks of paid vacation Retirement Savings : Employer-matching retirement program CME Allowance : Time and expenses for continuing medical education Preferred Experience : Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
