Solar Installer

Solarado Roofing & Solar – Northern California

Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Growth Opportunity

Join a rapidly growing solar and roofing company serving commercial and residential clients across Northern California. We are looking for experienced and motivated Solar Installers to join our team and help build the future of clean energy.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, install, and maintain commercial and residential rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems
  • Accurately layout and secure racking, modules, flashing, and related equipment per plan sets
  • Pull and run electrical wiring, conduit, and perform terminations to code (with electrician support)
  • Adhere to all safety protocols (OSHA-compliant fall protection, PPE, lockout / tagout)
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites and work professionally around other trades
  • Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and inspectors to complete projects safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of solar installation experience (required)
  • Proficiency with racking layout, mechanical assembly, and conduit runs on flat roofs and structural steel
  • Strong understanding of jobsite safety and use of hand / power tools
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and work outdoors in varying weather
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification (required or able to obtain within 30 days)
  • NABCEP certification is a plus
