AvaDent is seeking a hands-on, innovative Systems Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about solving complex problems, improving manufacturing processes, and driving innovation in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. You will work closely with engineering, production, and R&D teams to design solutions, optimize efficiencies, and develop new technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and modify CAD models to solve production challenges and support new product development.
- Prototype and manufacture solutions using CNC machines and FDM 3D printing technology.
- Perform hands-on diagnostic and repair work on hydraulic systems and facility equipment.
- Utilize robotics and automation to streamline production processes.
- Analyze and improve production line efficiencies through data-driven solutions.
- Conduct research and development for new products and manufacturing techniques.
- Write and utilize basic code for data analysis and process optimization.
- Safely and effectively operate a wide range of hand tools and power tools for prototyping, assembly, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements :
Qualifications : (education, experience, competences, etc)
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).Hands-on experience with CNC machining, 3D printing, and automation systems.Familiarity with robotics, hydraulics, and process optimization.Strong proficiency with hand tools and power tools for building, prototyping, and troubleshooting.Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, MATLAB, or similar) preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
