Key Responsibilities
Supervises and manages a team to meet performance expectations
Handles escalations and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
Addresses complex member inquiries and provides exemplary customer service
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of experience in a call center environment
1-2 years of supervisory experience
Preferred : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred : 5-7 years of experience
