Our client, a leading organization in the Boston area, is seeking a Receptionist - Verily Boston to join their team. As a Receptionist - Verily Boston, you will be part of the front desk support team, providing essential customer service and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location : Boston, MA
Shift : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday Friday
What's the Job?
- Greet and warmly welcome visitors, guests, vendors, and employees, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Verify building access and manage badge issuance for employees and visitors.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and maintaining lobby areas.
- Support internal departments with administrative duties and ensure lobby safety and security compliance.
What's Needed?
College degree preferred; equivalent experience in a customer service or reception role is acceptable.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.What's in it for me?
