job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDeliver overnight skilled nursing care in a pediatric home setting Monitor and manage a ventilator-dependent trach (including suctioning and trach care) Administer feedings through a GJ Mickey button Track and document vital signs and patient observations throughout the shift Maintain a safe, comfortable environment for the patient overnight Current LVN license in the state of Texas Active BLS / CPR certification Experience with trach and ventilator care (required) Familiarity with G-tube or GJ-tube feedings Pediatric home health experience preferred Reliable, calm, and confident working independently Weekly direct deposit and competitive hourly pay Consistent schedule and one-on-one patient care 24 / 7 clinical support from our nursing leadership team Locally owned and operated agency with a strong community presence Flexible opportunities

BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one overnight care for a 1-year-old male patient in his home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference while working in a calm, focused setting.
Position Details :
- Location : Plainview, TX
- Schedule : Monday to Sunday, 7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM
- Pay : $20$26 per hour
- Pay Schedule : Weekly pay
