PART TIME LEASING AGENT POSITION FOR SELF-STORAGE FACILITY

Duties :

  • Respond to leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours.
  • Maintain excellent customer service relationship with clients and handle inquiries with professionalism.
  • Collect deposits, fees and rent from new move-ins.
  • Process lease paperwork
  • Sweep units, hallways and assist in cleaning property
  • Collection calls to clients

    • Requirements :

  • Excellent phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Email and Web Research
  • Ability to work Saturdays and occasionally fill in during the week when Property Manager is off

    • Through our mix of owner-operated and third-party management properties (along with self-storage, residential & commercial subdivision development), we are able to provide both a stable company environment and opportunities for individual growth. In business for over 40 years, we currently manage over 3,500 multifamily units across Texas.

    WORK AUTHORIZATION & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS :

  • This position requires full-time, on-site presence at our Longview, TX property.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
  • We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of a U.S. Employment visa (e.g. H-1B) for this position.
