Job Summary :
The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's adjudication system through a variety of data-related tasks, including the intake, transformation, and reporting of critical business data. This role involves managing data loads from multiple sources such as EDI files, scanned claims, and third-party eligibility feeds, as well as performing data extracts to support functions like PPO and PBM eligibility and claims. The specialist also develops and maintains custom reports tailored to operational and client needs and manages data conversions for new group implementations.
In addition, this position provides ongoing support for the adjudication system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of claims and eligibility data. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of healthcare data standards such as EDI formats and claim processing workflows.
