As a Bodily Injury Field Adjuster, you'll conduct in-person investigations and evaluate non-attorney represented injury claims within your assigned territory. You'll apply your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to ensure fair, timely, and compliant claim resolutions.

What does a Bodily Injury Field Adjuster do?

• Travel within your territory to conduct on-site investigations of auto claims involving property damage, liability, and bodily injury.
• Interview claimants face-to-face, take recorded statements, and gather supporting documentation such as police reports and repair estimates.
• May inspect and document vehicle damage and coordinate with Field Appraisers.
• Evaluate coverage and liability, write reservation of rights letters, and negotiate bodily injury settlements.
• Make accurate payments or draft denial letters based on findings.
• Schedule and conduct appointments with customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with company policies and state / federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation throughout the claim lifecycle.
