As the Vice President of Solutions Consulting for North America, you will define and execute the strategic vision for our Solutions Consulting (SC) organization, ensuring alignment with business growth priorities and evolving market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Define Strategy and Vision : Set the strategic direction for the North America Solutions Consulting organization, ensuring alignment with Genesys' corporate objectives and go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead Leaders : Manage and develop a team of senior SC leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Drive Executive Partnership : Collaborate with Sales VPs, and senior cross-functional leaders to craft and execute regional growth strategies.
- Represent the Organization : Serve as the voice of Solutions Consulting in executive forums, advocating for team priorities and ensuring alignment across global functions.
- Elevate Technical Excellence : Ensure your organization consistently delivers world-class engagements from discovery through solution validation, that demonstrate the differentiated value of the Genesys portfolio.
- Champion Market Insight : Provide actionable insights on customer trends, competitor movements, and industry evolution to inform product and strategy decisions.
- Measure and Optimize : Use performance data to assess organizational health, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across the SC organization.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve : Ensure the team remains at the forefront of technology innovation, with focus on AI and Customer Experience Orchestration.

Residence in the Central United States (preferred for proximity to teams and markets).10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales, or related executive leadership roles.Proven success managing large, geographically distributed, multi-level teams.Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred).Strong proficiency in enterprise technology platforms and emerging digital experience solutions.Compensation : This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
