Facilities Manager

Peraton is seeking a Facilities Manager (FM) who will serve as the primary interface with building management, service vendors, and repair providers. This position will report directly to the Project Manager. Specifically, the FM will be responsible for the following :

• Oversees construction and renovation projects, and ensures that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, as well as compliance with Government regulations
• Manages the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities in support of operations
• Works with the management team in assessing requirements, engineering evaluations, and solutions, planning for modification or additional facility upgrades / improvements
• 24 / 7 point of contact for building emergencies and responses
• Manages multiple functions of building operations and maintenance of the facility
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with building tenants and landlord
• Coordinates with the Project Manager and all building contractors to ensure continuity of operations, building safety, and adherence to applicable building codes
• Sits on-site, as required, to manage construction contractors
• Prepares monthly status reports
• Maintains compliance with and abreast of changes regarding OSHA regulations
• Works with the management team to help with vendor management, work orders, scheduling, and approvals for work to be completed
• Performs environmental hazard management / planning and remediation
• Establishes and maintains equipment and system standards

Qualifications :

Target Salary Range : $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
