We are offering a $6,000 sign-on bonus for new Design Consultants who are part of the Fremont market. This bonus will be paid in three payments. The first $1,500 on your regularly scheduled pay date after 30 days of active employment with the Company. The second $1,500 on your regularly scheduled pay date after 60 days of active employment. The third payment of $3,000 on your regularly scheduled pay date after 180 days of active employment.

• Inter / intra-department, Company transfers, and re-hires will not be considered new and therefore not eligible for any sign-on bonus. 3 Day Blinds reserves the right to alter or terminate this program at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

I have a reliable vehicle and understand would be reimbursed for business mileage only (in lieu of a car stipend or other reimbursement method), which is based on IRS guidelines per mile.

I understand that my 5-day work week would include one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday, and is a full-time position.

I understand that while 3 Day Blinds Design Consultants earn a national average of between $80-90k annually, this is a 100% commission position, and my income would vary based on my input, region, sales acumen, and other external factors.
