This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

Job Details :

• $0.69 per mile
• Live load / unload pay : $4 - $16 per hour
• Stop pay : $6 - $24 per hour
• Trailer move pay : $16 per occurrence
• Weekly attendance pay : $100 per week contingent on full work week
• Drop and hook pay : $8.00 per event
• Detention pay : $4 per 15 minute increment
• Miscellaneous hourly work : $16 per hour
• Emergency load pay : $100-$200 per load
• Safety training pay : $20 per hour
• Off account pay : $280-$325 per day
• Holiday pay : $160 per day
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $88,400
• Daily home time
• Onsite management
