Senior Lead Refrigeration Technician

📍 Los Angeles, CA | 💵 $40–$50 / hr. | 🕒 Full-Time, On-Site

RW Zant is looking for an experienced Senior Lead Refrigeration Technician to keep our cold storage operation running strong. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work on refrigeration systems, mentor a team, and make a real impact every day.

What You'll Do :

Lead preventive maintenance & repairs on freon-based refrigeration systems.

Troubleshoot compressors & electrical systems (screw, reciprocating, semi-hermetic).

Manage outside contractors & vendors.

Mentor facilities & sanitation staff—safety and teamwork first.

Be the go-to expert for emergency calls & compliance.

What We're Looking For :

3+ years of industrial refrigeration experience (freon required).

Leadership / lead tech experience in warehouse, cold storage, or manufacturing.

Strong troubleshooting, safety, and communication skills (bilingual a plus).
