Director, Master of Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies Program
Notre Dame of Maryland University (NDMU) seeks a motivated, experienced leader in healthcare education to serve as the next director of its MS in Physician Assistant Studies program. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in both academic program administration and PA practice.
Position Overview
As Director of the Master of Science in Physician Assistant program, you will be responsible for the comprehensive leadership of this dynamic healthcare education program launched in fall 2023 and now welcoming its third cohort of students. The NDMU PA program has earned accreditation-provisional from ARC-PA and is now in the midst of a thorough and thoughtful self-study process including site visit (mid-August 2025). The director’s role encompasses planning, development, implementation, organization, administration, evaluation, and ensuring the general effectiveness of our PA program while maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence.
