Ace Handyman Services is Hiring a Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative!
Location : Dacula, GA
Pay Range : $22 – $27 / hour

As an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative , you’ll handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, support sales efforts, and keep our office running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone organized, personable, and driven to help customers while supporting a growing team of skilled handymen.
You’ll be the link between customers and field operations, contributing directly to our company’s reputation for professionalism and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential and existing customers.
- Schedule appointments for service technicians using our scheduling software.
- Support inside sales initiatives by following up on leads, preparing quotes, and closing small sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, work orders, and payments.
- Communicate with technicians to coordinate daily schedules and job assignments.
- Provide administrative support including invoicing, order entry, and reporting.
- Contribute to a positive team environment with a customer-first mindset.
Requirements
Requirements (Must-Have)
5+ years of experience in office administration , customer service , or a related role .5+ years of inside sales experience .Positive, professional, and energetic attitude.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.Nice to Have (Preferred)
Experience in home services , construction , or handyman-related industries .Familiarity with Service Titan or similar field service management software.Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and experience with QuickBooks .Benefits
