The role of the Community Manager is a vital one. You are the liaison between the Board of Directors, the residents, vendors, City Officials, and many other people and agencies.

Requirements :

• Excellent written and verbal communication, and speak with confidence
• Ability to write clear and concise notes and action items
• Ability to research items / issues on the internet and through other avenues as needed to find workable solutions
• A positive attitude
• Ability to de-escalate situations and handle unpleasant issues
• Ability to work as an individual and as a member of a team
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure tasks are completed by given deadlines
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint
• Ability to navigate Windows10
• Ability to operate and navigate and Android or iOS tablet
• Ability to multi-task

The successful candidate will :

This is a full time, 40+ hr per week position - OT is required as CM's attend evening meetings during the week. Your weekday hours may be adjusted to ensure you are compensated for evening meetings and to keep you as close to 40 hours as possible. An On-Call rotation for the weekend is required about once every 10-12 weeks.
