Position Title :  Mail Production Specialist / Document Control Specialist

Location : Farmington, MO  63640

Duration : 06+ Months of contract with Contract to Hire

Pay Rate : $19.00 / hr. on W2

Shift Timing

Daily OT flexes based of mail counts. Up to 8 hr of OT per week.

8am-4 : 30pm CST (40 hours / week with possible OT)

Position Purpose :

To distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence

Education / Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent. 3 months - 1 year of production related experience preferred.

Day To Day

• Open, sort and prepare incoming correspondence
• Scan incoming correspondence
• Record specified incoming documents
• Appropriately file imaged claims, appeals, adjustments and inferior quality imaged claims
• Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors
• Able to lift totes weighing 35-40 pounds
• Mandatory overtime is required
