The Field Sales and Marketing Representative acts as the frontline ambassador for the beverage brand, driving sales, building relationships with accounts, and executing high-impact marketing activities across assigned territories. This position is hands-on, focused on both sales and brand-building at retail and hospitality locations.
Key Responsibilities
Prospects for new business and manages existing accounts, targeting bars, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, and other retail outlets to grow product placement and distribution.Develops and implements creative in-store / venue promotions and merchandising programs that drive sales and strengthen brand visibility.Monitors stock levels, manages orders, and provides feedback on product performance and market trends to internal teams.Attends trade shows, industry events, and brand activations in assigned territories.Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in beverages or consumables.Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to manage time, routes, and priorities independently within the assigned territory.Resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a passion for brand-building.Knowledge of beverage industry trends, regulations, and product categoriesProficiency in using CRM software and reporting tools.Willingness to work evenings and weekends for special events and promotions.This role is ideal for someone passionate about beverages who enjoys a mix of sales, marketing, and relationship-building, and who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
