Guild is hiring a Strategic Planning Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners and leadership to design, measure and execute on Guild's strategy and annual plan, all while helping Guild achieve its mission. You'll form strong relationships across the organization and work with both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you'd be a critical member of the team, identifying new opportunities, driving process improvements and providing decision support for leadership.

This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $145,000, variable compensation, and company stock options. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
