Job : Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Doctor Monte's Auto is looking for an Automotive Technician / Mechanic to join our team in Cambridge, MN!

Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of previous Automotive Technician experience. This is a guaranteed hourly position with a bonus! Pay based on experience.

Automotive Technician / Mechanic Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with factory standards.
  • Perform general repair or replacement of parts and vehicle components based on required specifications outlined in service orders.
  • Document any and all services provided and communicate any additional recommended repairs and services to management.
  • Observe all safety regulations and ensure shop & work station is clean and safe for daily operations.
  • Assist other technicians and / or management with any other duties as necessary.

    • Automotive Technician / Mechanic Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in an automotive service technician / repair role.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor and effective communication skills with service advisor and coworkers.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

    • Job Type : Full-time.

    Pay : $41,600.00 - $99,840.00 per year.
