We are looking for a full time Lead Maintenance Technician to support our senior living community. This position works 80 hours every two weeks including some Weekends / Holidays.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, vendors and visitors.
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal repair instructions and directions.
  • Vocations / Technical training preferred

Duties :

  • This maintenance position is responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs of systems and equipment and groundskeeping.
  • Repairs and maintains physical equipment including work orders, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment,
  • Groundskeeping; removing snow from sidewalks and walkways, trims around bushes, trees, and sidewalks
  • Assists with moving boxes, furniture, and room turnover
  • Also assist with housekeeping as required.
