Program Supervisor

A company is looking for a Program Supervisor responsible for reimbursement and administrative supervisory work in the coordination of program services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members while ensuring schedule adherence

Serve as the liaison between the Program Manager and the team, reporting on program performance and trends

Evaluate program needs, recommend process improvements, and ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma with 4 years of relevant experience

3-5 years of supervisory experience in a service-driven environment

Extensive knowledge of pharmacy benefit methodologies and payment methodologies for Medicare, Medicaid, and private payers

Strong initiative and work ethic

Ability to lead in a dynamic environment
