A company is looking for a Technical SAP Delivery Lead to oversee managed services engagements supporting the technical management of large and complex SAP estates.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical delivery and service management of SAP managed services engagements across multiple client environments
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive and technical stakeholders within regulated client organizations
Oversee teams providing SAP Basis, system monitoring, cloud hosting, performance optimization, and lifecycle management
Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years' experience in SAP technical delivery and managed services leadership
Hands-on background with legacy SAP technology stacks and managed cloud operations
Demonstrated success managing multi-year managed service engagements for enterprise-scale SAP estates
Expertise in service governance, incident management, and technical operations in regulated industries
Applied knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience working with major ITSM platforms
