The Opportunity With McKinstry

We are adding a Workday Senior Product Manager to our growing Business Technology division. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include :

  • Product Management Leadership
  • Takes the lead and owns a major, large-scale initiative.

  • Manage product life cycle (including modifications, upgrades and maintenance) through end of life.
  • Lead coordination and documentation of project activities including product introduction meetings, design review meetings, and user acceptance testing.
  • Partner with IT, consultants, and software vendors to specify, deliver, and maintain solutions and integrations.
  • People Leadership
  • Trains, mentors and manages assigned staff.

  • Creates performance plans, assess performance, and provide performance feedback.
  • What You Need To Succeed At McKinstry

  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on Workday products.
  • Workday certification is highly desirable.
  • 6-10 years in Product Management or A / E / C industry technology solutions required.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies a plus.
