Key Responsibilities
Create and manage custom audience segments for campaigns and channels
Collaborate with various teams to gather insights and develop audience strategies
Analyze audience performance and optimize future strategies based on insights and trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising
Experience with building custom audiences from first-party data
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with audience segmentation tools and applications
