IVIRMA North America network of state-of-the-art fertility practices in the United States, is currently seeking an Embryology Lab Manager to join our growing Orange County practices!

The Embryology Laboratory Manager supervises daily clinical embryology procedures and maintains RMA’s Lab Philosophy, Mission, and Performance Standards. The Embryology Lab Manager is also responsible for the implementation of quality assurance / control programs, regulatory compliance, and staff training. This is a responsible position that must demonstrate excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to optimize lab resources and maximize patient results.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities :

• Performs daily IVF lab services
• Implements RMA lab policies and quality assurance program
• Analyzes and monitors lab key performance indicators
• Organizes lab schedule
• Ensures all lab procedures are completed and documented
• Helps maintain regulatory requirements
